ABOUT LAI

Originally born in South Carolina, Lai moved to Georgia when she was 4years old. As the only child in her mom’s house she would always find ways to keep herself entertained. She always had a passion for coloring. Who knew that outlining and shading cartoon characters would turn into outlining brows and shading contour. Lai discovered that she wanted to be a Makeup Artist her freshman year in college. Her optimistic spirit led her to leave the medical field and enter the beauty industry.

In 2011, She enrolled into Gwynnis Mosby Makeup Academy where she received a certificate in Makeup Artistry. From working at fast paced makeup stands inside of busy Atlanta malls, Lai has mastered the ability to connect with all different types of people no matter the age, race or gender. She is mostly known for her Natural makeup applications along with her ability to create flawless skin on any client her brushes touch. Her degree in Fashion Merchandising and eye for detail gives her the ability to apply the perfect makeup colors to compliment your outfit.

Her work has been featured on television and in magazines. She has done makeup for photo shoots, weddings and major events like Steve Harvey Neighborhood Awards and Essence Festival Strut Fashion Show. Her mission is to travel the world Enhancing the beauty of her clients not only on the outside but on the inside as well.
